Sunday, Monday: the Moon is in Aquarius
Aquarius likes change, a lot of change. But when the New Moon is just around the corner, it's not always easy to implement change. The time right before a New Moon needs to be used to wind up loose ends and to finish what has been started so that one can then move on to something fresh with the New Moon. Therefore, sometimes frustration or a sense of feeling limited takes over, kind of like you are forcibly contained and can't break free, when the Moon sign is at odds with the Moon phase timing because you can't do all that you want to do. So instead of spending energy on all that, just charge on through whatever is on a leftover to-do list and get those things out of the way.
Tuesday(New Moon), Wednesday, Thursday(*v/c): the Moon is in Pisces
Wednesday is the 19th century French Impressionist artist Auguste Renoir's birthday. The softness of the Pisces Moon energy, which sometimes looks or feels like fog, is especially applicable to Impressionist paintings. Visit a museum or look in an art book at this type of work and you will notice that you have to squint your eyes to see the reality of the objects in the paintings. Or, if you prefer, you can just get lost in the poetry of how the colors interact when they are placed next to each other. A Pisces New Moon has the same kind of interaction with what is available in your life. It stimulates the imagination and feeds the soul. Sometimes though, the softness is so ethereal that we take it for granted, pass it off, and forget to see what is really there.
Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday(v/c-pm): the Moon is in Aries
If something popped up in your imagination around the New Moon time, now the energies are right for taking direct action on a project. If nothing popped up, take some action anyway even if it's just to get some exercise. Aries is the astrological sign that rules (is in charge of) action and especially physical action. The Moon rules our inner selves and emotions; however the time it spends in this sign is best used doing outward things rather than focusing on inward matters.

Note: Timeframes for Moon signs, void-of-course periods, and current planet & asteroid positions are noted for Eastern time zone (USA). Please adjust according to your own location. Times are not given if the void-of-course Moon occurs for a very short period or if it occurs during the night (based on Eastern time zone).
* v/c = Void-of-Course - When the Moon is void-of-course, spend your time working on projects already in progress, creative endeavors, or self-improvement. Void-of-course simply means that no planets are aspecting the Moon. It's best not to start new projects, sign important agreements, or go shopping when the Moon is void-of-course because the result will probably be unsatisfactory in some way.
** Mercury Retrograde - the speed of the planet slows down considerably. Communications, paperwork, electronics, and traffic can become very mixed-up or delayed during this time. A situation will be in the process of changing, so wait until Mercury is direct to finalize anything. In general, maintain a slower, more cautious pace in daily affairs. Always allow at least two days before (to slow down) and after Mercury retrograde (to resume regular activities).
