Libra is a sign that likes to see everyone happy and everything harmonious and life in general going very well. Therefore, people often expect to find that happening when the Moon is in Libra and there are no contradictory aspects (planetary connections) going on. However, often what happens when the Moon is in this sign is that we are made to take notice of all the things that are out of adjustment and need modification so that equilibrium can be re-established.
