As regards Cancer, there are many causes that cannot be discussed in this question answer format. But yes one spiritual aspect is certain the Law of Karma applies to all; this includes the actions of our innumerable past lives. So the Reality is that everyone has to go through a phase of Suffering during each lifetime. It is a continuing process of evolution of the soul. I shall be posting and uploading THE HOLY BOOK, please go through it, you may get your answers therein.

AIDS, is acquired by direct sexual contact, and or blood transfusion, it has no connection with food or spiritual context, except that spiritual people are mostly intuitive and can easily avoid such situations where they may get inflicted with this virus. Even if they do, they have adequate means to keep their immune system rejuvenated all the time, this helps extend life. On the other hand normal people have to rely on medications.
